BDG Puts on Impressive Display at the Canadian International Auto Show

The recently concluded Canadian International Auto Show 2018 was a smash hit with a new attendance record, over 40 new car unveilings, and several other added attractions. We at Best Displays & Graphics feel honored and privileged that we could make a significant contribution to this prestigious event’s path-breaking year. Our creative booth displays, hallway graphics, pillar wraps, and railing decals were crowd pullers and conversation openers at the action-packed 10-day event.

 

Engaging the Target Audience with Show Stealing Displays

 

Best Displays & Graphics provides clients with specialized design and graphics to create a lasting impression on prospects and customers. One of the most unique designs we created for this event was a 75’ wide, 16’ deep cove-like display with a Canadian map. This semi-circular display acted as an interesting backdrop for our client’s automobiles. Here is a glimpse of the displays that we created for the Canadian International Auto Show:

• Pillar Wraps: We wrapped the pillars and columns of the venue hall with a tree-like graphic, creating the ambience of an actual forest. We also added maple syrup taps with an effect of artificial maple syrup dripping from the taps into buckets. An indoor sugar bush right in time for maple syrup season!
• Backlit Displays: We brightened up the venue hallways with 8 backlit straight wall displays of varying sizes.
• Double-Sided Decals: Our double-sided decals created an exciting ambience for visitors walking through the hallways as well as those on the show floor below.
• Elevator Decals: Our strategically positioned decals ensured that visitors took notice of our client’s brand as soon as they stepped into the elevators.

 

Apart from this, we also designed a number of straight wall displays measuring 10’x20’ and 10’x10’ that adorned both sides of a 200’ long bridge walkway.

The Canadian International Auto Show has a rich history, generous amount of glamour, and high visibility across all media. An event of this magnitude presents us with an excellent opportunity to create interactive displays to promote our clients’ brands and boost their customer engagement capabilities.

 

For this event, our client had very stringent requirements on the sizing and placement of the display exhibits. The various teams at Best Displays & Graphics ensured a cohesive effort to design, produce, and install over 40 different displays. At the mammoth event venue, our team of 8 installed all 40 displays within 2 days and dismantled them within a day.
